Nice, but a couple of problems.

Can use some improvements in the tweens.

I can think of a better audio track for you to use.

And you could add a little more movements for the people.

I give 5 for the overall thing. 2 for the animation, and a 2 for the effort put into a short. The animation would've gotten the 3, but it is a bit... choppy. Hell, what do I know. I only animate at 15-20 fps.

5 for the storyline, 2 for the background, and 2 for the effort. It was pretty good. Especially the somewhat distracting text. What's up with the clock voices?!
