Honestly, I don't know where I use them, in fact, I don't even know what a tween is. All I know is the basics of animation, like keyframes, placing items, grouping, convert to symbols, alpha, and other shit like that...

I don't know when. Its hard to predict. Sometimes I get 5 seconds done, others I only get .5 done due to all the shit that happens in a single frame.
